-Salads-

*Garden Salad- fresh greens and vegetables with your choice of homemade dressing:
fresh basil vinaigrette, lemon garlic, creamy gorgonzola $6.00

*Demi Caesar-fresh romaine with homemade croutons, shredded cheese and our lemon
Caesar dressing $5.00 Add chicken for $2.00 Add shrimp for $3.00

*Caprese - fresh mozzarella and tomatoes tossed with our basil dressing, served on a
bed of greens. $7.00

*Roasted Pear Salad-red pears oven roasted with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
Served warm on a bed of mixed greens with crumbled gorgonzola cheese and toasted
walnuts. $7.00

*Tuna Nicoise - oil packed tuna, green beans, red onion, hard cooked egg, and potato,
drizzled with olive oil and red wine vinaigrette. $8.00

*Goat Cheese Salad - fresh Vermont goat cheese lightly breaded and browned in
olive oil served with mixed greens, slivered fennel and orange. Dressed with our red
wine and balsamic reduction. $11.00

-Specialty Sandwiches-
*The Godfather - homemade meatballs prepared with fresh ground pork, beef,
herbs and spices simmered in a plum tomato sauce. Served oven broiled on
a country baguette with a blend of shredded Italian cheese. $7.00

* Haddock “Fritti”- a fresh fillet lightly breaded with bread crumbs seasoned
with cracked black pepper, romano cheese and parsley. Pan-fried in olive
oil and served on a ciabatta roll with lettuce, tomato, and our caper
mayonnaise. $9.00

*Chicken Florentine - scaloppini of a bone less breast dusted with bread
crumbs and sautéed in olive oil and finished in the oven with roasted red
peppers, baby spinach, and shredded Italian fontina cheese. Served on
ciabatta roll. $7.00

*The Sicilian - sweet Italian sausage simmered with peppers and onions.
Served on a ciabatta roll. $8.00 With melted Italian cheese $9.00

*Shrimp alla Casalinga - fresh shrimp
sautéed with peppers and onion in our mildly spicy marinara sauce served
opened-faced on garlic toast. $8.00 With gorgonzola cheese $9.00

*Eggplant Parmesan – lightly breaded and sautéed eggplant layered with
shredded parmesan and mozzarella and tomato-basil sauce.

*Pasta Vedure - our homemade spinach fettuccini with a vegetable
marinara sauce of braised fennel, roasted eggplant, onions, and sweet
red peppers. Topped with shaved aged pecorino romano. $10.00

*Lemon Chicken alla Picatta- sliced boneless chicken breast sautéed with
artichokes and julienne green beans. Finished with fresh rosemary, white
wine, lemon, and capers over home-made spaghetti. $9.00
